The Guaranteed Income Scheme

The Guaranteed Income Scheme offers you the opportunity to earn an additional sum of money to put towards the running costs of your holiday home and also some of the initial cost of purchasing that holiday home! Holiday Payback!

The scheme provides you with the opportunity to let your holiday home to holidaymakers when you are not using it. You can specify which periods of time, for up to 3 years, that you wish to allocate to let out then Marine Holiday Park will take care of the rest!

The sum of money that you will earn from these letting periods can then be used to offset the running costs of your holiday home, pitch fees and even towards the payment of your holiday home. Certain holiday homes may not be eligible to join this scheme however the sales team will be able to give you further details with regard to the holiday home you are specifically interested in, and answer any questions that you may have.

If you decide that you want to upgrade your holiday home in the first three months of ownership we will give you the full purchase price in part exchange. This can then be used against the price of an upgrade to a Marine Holiday Park owned home or a brand new holiday home of your choice.

If in the first three months of ownership you decide that Marine Holiday Park is just not the park for you, we promise to sell your home and return the full purchase price. We can’t confirm how long the sale of your home will take but we guarantee that we will refund your full payment on completion of the sale.
